BCOD-60 automatic permanganate index analyzer is a self-developed analyzer with independent intellectual property rights by Baode. The analysis method used complies with the provisions of GB11892-89 and GB/T 5750.7-2006 standard methods. The instrument is suitable for the determination of permanganate index in drinking water, source water, and surface water, with a measurement range of 0.5~5.0mg/L.

Instrument Introduction:

BCOD-60 automatic permanganate index analyzer adopts three-dimensional robotic arm technology, which can accurately grasp and release samples at different positions; Adopting dual channel simultaneous measurement to improve detection efficiency. The digestion unit adopts a micro boiling circulating water bath for digestion, and during the experiment, the instrument automatically replenishes water from external water sources to the digestion channel. The software automatically collects and processes data, and the testing interface directly displays the testing results. After placing sample to positon, the instrument can automatically complete the process of sample addition, digestion, and titration without manual intervention. The instrument simulates human eye recognition and automatically judges the endpoint through color changes. After titration, the sample is automatically moved to its original position.
