Rapid solvent extraction technology is a pre-treatment technology developed in recent years that uses organic solvents to extract components to be measured in solid and semi-solid samples at higher temperatures (50-200°C) and higher pressures.
Application
Rapid extraction of target components from solid or semi-solid samples in soil, environmental, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic products, agricultural and food products and some natural product samples.
Advantages
Ø Suitable for existing chromatography, chromatography-mass spectrometry Analytical instrument sample preprocessing.
Ø Solvent loading, heating, pressurization, extraction, rinsing, filtration, purification, collection, and nitrogen blowing are all completed automatically.
Ø Three samples can be extracted simultaneously at one time, and each round can automatically complete the extraction of up to 30 samples.
Ø The entire extraction process can be unattended. If any operation is abnormal, it can alarm automatically and stop working if abnormal
Ø Meet single-channel and double-channel extraction at the same time, and multiple modes can meet various experimental needs.
Performance indicators
Ø Overall dimension: 1100*670*730mm
Ø Full circumferential heating furnace design, temperature control range: room temperature ~ 200°C;
Ø Extraction tank volume: 34ml, 66ml,
Ø Extraction time: Three-channel extraction is about 30 minutes for 3 samples, each sample:10 minutes;
