BCOD-60A Automatic Analyzer of Permanganate Index is a self-developed analyzer with independent intellectual property rights by Baode. The analysis method used complies with the provisions of GB11892-89、 GB/T 5750.7-2023、GB/T 5750.4-2023、GB/T 13025.7-2012 standard methods. The instrument is suitable for the determination of permanganate index in drinking water, source water, and surface water, with a measurement range of 0.5~5.0mg/L. It has high degree of automation and easy operation, while saving manpower and time costs, the detection accuracy is greatly improved.

Application

1） BCOD-60A Automatic Analyzer of Permanganate Index complies with the provisions of GB11892-89, GB/T 5750.7-2023, GB/T 5750.4-2023, and GB/T 13025.7-2012 standard methods.

2） The instrument is suitable for the detection of permanganate index of drinking water, source water and surface water, supports acidity and alkalinity analysis, and the measurement range is 0.05~5.0 mg/L;

3）The instrument is suitable for the determination of the total hardness of drinking water and its source water by disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid titration method. It is specifically suitable for water samples without serious pollution, such as domestic water, bottled (barreled) mineral water, surface water, groundwater, boiler water, wastewater, sewage, etc. The minimum detection mass of this method is 0.05 mg. If 50 mL of water sample is taken for determination, the minimum detection mass concentration is 1.0 mg/L.

4） The instrument is suitable for determining the iodine content in table salt, including direct titration and redox titration. The direct titration is suitable for the determination of iodine in iodized salt with the addition of iodate, and the redox titration is suitable for the determination of iodine in iodized table salt with the addition of iodide or containing reducing substances. The determination range is ≥0.5 mg/kg.

5） The instrument is suitable for the analysis of various color titration items such as total water hardness, salt iodine, water chloride, CODCr, etc.

BCOD-60A Automatic Analyzer of Permanganate Index does not require manual intervention during the entire working process, and automatically completes reagent addition, water bath heating, color titration, automatic analysis and calculation of results.

1）Reagent addition unit

The reagent addition unit includes outlet and inlet pipes, 5 dosing pumps, and 2 high-precision titration pumps.

2）The outlet and inlet pipes are made of FEP chemically inert transparent tubes; its high transparency facilitates observation of the chemical reagent delivery inside the pipes; this material has excellent chemical resistance and is chemically inert to most chemicals and solvents.

3）Dosing pump volume 5.00 mL.

4）Sample tray

Using three-dimensional robotic arm technology, it can accurately grasp and release samples at different positions;

No less than 60 sample trays are used to place samples to be tested; one liquid filling position (with a stirrer)

5）Digestion unit

The digestion unit of the instrument includes a 12-position micro-boiling water bath and a water bath water replenishment system.

6 ）Adopt micro-boiling circulating water bath digestion, automatic opening and closing cover design, effectively prevent water vapor from escaping, no additional ventilation system is required.

7）With automatic water supply and drainage function, the digestion process does not require human intervention. During the operation of the instrument, the automatic water supply and drainage device continues to work to maintain the water bath liquid level.

8）Water bath lack of liquid alarm and protection, with water bath anti-dry burning function, water bath built-in liquid level sensor, below the specified liquid level, the instrument does not perform heating operation.

9）Adopt PID precise temperature control technology, low power heating when the temperature is close to the set temperature, high power heating when the temperature difference is large, small temperature fluctuation amplitude, strong reliability.

Detection unit

The highly sensitive detection unit contains 2 independent detection channels, which can determine the titration endpoint quickly and accurately.

1）The titration process needs to completely simulate manual titration (slow-fast-slow titration method), using color sensing technology to perfectly restore human eye color recognition. The instrument needs to be suitable for the analysis of various color titration items such as total water hardness, salt iodine, and water chloride. The titration process records and displays sensor data in real time, non-voltage, current and photometric colorimetric method

2）The detection position is equipped with a sample cup detection sensor to prevent reagents from corroding the instrument.

Workstation automatic control system

The workstation automatic control system controls all workstation functional operations. The software runs on the Windows and has a friendly working interface.
